If you want pursue B.Arch courses then you can fill up JEE MAINS PAPER 2.If you want pursue Btech the go with JEE MAINS PAPER1.It is not compulsory of filling both papers.You can fill which paper you want.

If you are asking about simply passing the exam then you should have to score minimum of 70  to 80 marks(40%) but in order to get admission in good and reputed colleges you should score above 200 marks then your seat will be secured .

As per the guidelines provided by NTA for jee main eligibility, you have to score  either overall 75% in your 12th board or your 12th board score should fall under top 20 percentile in that year.
