All the exams have been conducted twice now including jee so the best of two will be choosed so you have done one exam well then there is no necessity for you to give another if you feel you can score more than the previous one give a try

Admission to Architecture Colleges is purely based on 10+2(PCM) with minimum 50% marks and NATA score /JEE 2 score. NO other Test for admission to Architecture Colleges

Both the institutes which you have chosen are the best coaching institutes for NATA in Hyderabad. So any of the two institutes will do. It is better to once visit both the institutes and ask them about strength of each section and ensure there are not more than 50
