No, JEE Main paper 2 and NATA are two different entrance exams for the B.Arch Course.
NATA scores are used by admissions authorities of different unaided & Government aided schools / colleges of Architecture, to provide common measures for comparing the qualifications of applicants.
The entry to the Bachelor of Architecture in any prominent educational institution takes place through NATA i.e. National Aptitude Test in Architecture. The test is conducted by the Council of Architecture.

The JEE Main Paper 2 results is annou nced on 31 st January. NTA has provided a criteria of percentage score this year. You can take help from the previous year cutoff marks

NATA is National Aptitude Test in Architecture. The eligibility for NATA is that the candidate must have either passed/appearing in 10+2. The candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physic, chemistry and mathematics. Further, the candidate needs to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
