The application form for NATA exam for 2019 is available from January 2019 and the last date of application form is February 2019.
The examination form of NATA is available from April 2019.

NATA conducts once every year and it's scores are valid for one year only, as many times you can attempt between the upper and lower age limits.

No, you will not be able to apply for NATA with commerce as your stream in qualifying examination. You need to gave secured at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in qualifying examination. Moreover, total must also be at least 50% marks.
