Both NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 are conducted for offering admission in B.Arch courses. The disparity lies in participating colleges in NATA and JEE Main Paper 2. Students can choose to go with anyone among NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 for taking admission in B.Arch depending on the college for which admission is desired. National Architecture Aptitude Test or NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) whereas JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Clearing NATA is not required to get admission into NIT's and SPA. Both of these consider only the score of JEE Main Paper 2 Exam. Since you have scored a good percentile in that exam, you are eligible for admission. NATA can get you admission in other government colleges though.
