The eligibility criteria for the entrance examinations for B.Arch clearly states that candidate must have cleared class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects. since, you are studying commerce, you would not be having physics and chemistry and thus you are not eligible for B.Arch.

The exam date for NATA 2021 is not yet declared by the officials. The application from will be available tentatively in the first week of february 2021. So it is expected that the application form along with the official broacher for NATA 2021 which will include the schedule will be declared soon. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.  The Council of Architecture (CoA) is the authority responsible for conducting the NATA 2021 exam for admission to B.Arch courses offered by the participating institutes. It should be noted that two tests of NATA 2021 will be conducted by the authorities and candidates will have an option to attempt any one or both as per their preferences.

NATA 2021 application form has not been released yet means the registration hasn't started as of now. Conducting authority, The Council of Architecture (CoA) is expected to release the NATA 2021 application form in First week of February 2021. So, the form may release today, tomorrow or even in the second week.

Till then wait and prepare well.
