National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Dear candidate,
Congratulations for securing such good scores in both the exams. Firstly as you have not provided your category ,so I will be going with General category and giving details on the basis of that. As per your percentile in JEE Paper-2 you can get some decent colleges other than NIT's .For getting admission into NIT you need at least 93-95 percentile because there are several other factors like number of candidates appearing, cutoff trends, seats available , category and ranks that determines whether you will be getting a seat or not. If you want to go with the private colleges then you can easily get it but firstly try with government colleges . Better you go first with the counselling process then you will get a clear scene. If you want to predict your college then you can do with our tool. The link is below.

You got 127.5 in first attempt in nata 2020 & 84% in your boards. You asked if you may get cept or not.
Now, look, the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% marks in 12th boards and 70 marks out of 200 in NATA to apply at CEPT University.
Your marks in nata 2020 is quite good. So, you may apply easily for cept university.
Dear Aspirant,
All the three Institutes demand a much better performance as far as providing admission to students is concerned. The score of 114 is quite insufficient in terms of getting admission in these Institutes is concerned. You need to score rather higher than what you are actually scored or are anticipating to be enough for admission. The cut off for BMS School of Architecture is close to 123. I hope you understand the situation that you are in.
To get admission in any of the three Institutes you need the help of the reservation. You need to secure a good quota rank or otherwise you will have to face a very stiff competition from your category students.
In case you have some real chance of getting admission in one of these colleges, the important aspect is to compare them to know which of these Institutes is a better college and which college you want to join to pursue graduation. In order to compare colleges, the only thing that you need to do is:-

This is a great comparison tool which shall help you in a long way to know which is the best college for you. It compares colleges based on their merits and demerits. While comparing make sure that you focus on key factors like placement prospects, scope for higher education, scope for research, better infrastructure, qualified professors, etc.
Yes you can get a government college..
