National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Hello, hope you are doing well!
I'm assuming by RIT you mean Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology or Rajarambapu Institute of Technology.
Your final merit scores will be your NATA scores divided by 2, then the 12th percentage added with it and finally then whole number divided by 2 again. {(106.5/2+87)/2}= 70.125 is your final merit score.
So, it is an average score.
About Rajarambapu Institute if Technology, the last year cut off was 79.54 percentile.
And for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam one need to score 142 out of 200 in NATA.
If you are asking about some other college please mention in the comments section. I can help you with the cut off then.
Your final merit score will be your NATA percentage divided by 2, then add the 12th percentage to it and finally divide the whole number by 2 again. So, {(83/2+ 90)/2}= 65.75.
65.75 is not a bad score but it is an average score.
You can get into good private colleges with this score but you might not get a government college with these scores. So, if you want to to get into a government college you can sit for the exam one more time. You have total five attempts on this exam. I'm sure you will do your best this time. All the best!
Dear candidate,
First of all SPA Vijaywada takes admission through JEE Paper 2 scores for B.Arch or B.Plan courses. So if you have appeared for jee mains paper 2 and qualified with good rank the only you have chances to grab a seat in SPA VijaywadaYou can then go with the counselling process of JoSAA for clearance. So you don't have any chance with nata score.
As you have not mentioned any category so assuming it to be general , then in that case you need a very good rank. The cutoff usually goes around 400 - 1200 in SPA Vijaywada.
Moreover,if you didn't qualify in jee paper 2 or you not got selected due to cutoff then you can go with your nata score for other colleges. There are many colleges in India that accept NATA score .I am providing a link for the same.

Now,coming to counselling part through nata score then they don't have their own counselling instead most nata particpating colleges conduct their own counselling process .So you just need to look at their respective websites for colleges in which you wish to apply. If I try to predict with your nata score then firstly I must say you have good marks in both boards and nata exams. So your chances are very high that you will get good colleges. Some of them you may have are:-
Hope it helps...
Hello Charitha
Average marks in nata to get admission 135+
However admission is based on both nata score and xii Board marks. Your nata score is divided by 2 and Baird score is added that will be merit score.
Your nata score is 130, hence 130÷2= 65
65+75= 140/200
if you are from general Category , then it is difficult to say that you can get a seat in j j college of architecture . You must get minimum 150 marks to get admission.
However It depends upon cut off of the college . You may try to get an architecture seat
Hi Tuhina,
Your admission on NATA is through your merit rank so according to your NATA score and board marks your merit rank is 82. This is good rank by this rank you can get many colleges like:- Vadodra Design Academy, Vidyamandir college of architecture, M.S University of Baroda and many more based on your category.
Here you can check and compare the colleges:- https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/ranking/2019/top-engineering-colleges-in-India-accepting-nata-score
I hope this information is useful for you and your doubt is clear now.
Good luck!
Hello,
The total score of the candidates appearing for NATA Exam will be calculated by considering 50% marks from the State Board/any other qualifying examination with Mathematics as one subject and 50% marks obtained in the National Aptitude test for Architecture (NATA) Entrance Exam.
Hope this helps!
