Yes as per previous year cut off trend, your chances of getting a central government IHM is high if not the best 10 IHMs.  You can get colleges like IHM Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Bhopal. 

Also, you could go for state government colleges.

Subesquent rounds are for the upgradation of colleges. So, the best option that's available to you would be provided if you have locked your choice before second round of counselling sear allotment.

No it doesnt affect if you complete eligibilty criteria. The admissions are based on merit list of NCHM JEE and the eligibility criteria one needs to fulfill are -

• Educational Qualifications: Class 12 board or equivalent recognised.
• Age Crietria : For General and OBC - Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2019 and For SC and ST - Upper age limit is 28 years.

Hi.

NCHM JEE is one of the well reputed exams which is used to get into the IHM's all over the India. 

Or any exam the category can't be changes once it is given and you certainly can not change it once after the exam is completed 

The category can not be changed because for every category the reservations are already fixed and can't be changed once it is done

nchm jee is one of the most prominent all India common entrance examination for the admissions into the IHM's. 

Your gap of 4 years will not affect the admissions expect for the reasons that your age will cross the age limit given in the guide lines.

Check once with the required age limit and then continue with your procedure.

There will be no requirement to pass with certain percentile for the nchmct jee entrance exam, but the only usage of the percentile is that it will be helpful if you want to choose between which college you will opt for. You can check your eligibility through the rank and marks of the nchmct jee exam.
