a) For General :- 22 years.

According to your rank in the NCHMJEE, you can get admission in IHM Mumbai if you are in SC/ST/OBC category. If you are under General category you can't get admission in IHM Mumbai.

There are other IHM's such as IHM Lucknow, IHM Hyderabad, IHM Jaipur, IHM Bhubaneswar, IHM Bhopal etc. where you can get admission.

NCHMCT JEE is the National level Exam for the admission to B.Sc. Programme in Hospitality Management. As per the previous year, The Opening rank was 51 & the closing rank was 2655 for General category to get a seat in IHM Kolkata. You can check the other institute cutoff with the given below link.

IHM Chennai is one of the most prominent and well reputed hospitality management college, so there will high competition for that to get the admission into.

The minimum closing rank as per the year 2018 to get into the Chennai IHM for your category is 9452.

As you got less rank than that, it is possible for you to get into but you'll surely have high competition for that.
