In order to appear for the NDA written examination, your eyesight doesn't matter.

As far as the physical examination of NDA is concerned, one must have a good binocular vision , i.e, free of any eye disease. Candidate should also not be color blind and spectacles are not allowed

biology questions are asked under the general science segment and it usually consists upto 11-12 questions.

you can prepare for these questions by having a look on the previous year question papers, identify the topics and prepare for your exam more carefully.
