no you are not eligible to appear for NDA exam as the basic educational qualification says candidate who have completed their 10+2 with physics and mathematics and candidate who are appearing for the same are eligible , as per your qualification you are not yet eligible

To be eligible for NDA, one needs to be at least 16.5 Years and not More than 19.5 Years. Your current age is 19.3 Years. If you have already applied then you may Proceed, but you cannot apply for the upcoming NDA exam

For NDA -2.5 is eligible but it should be spherical for cylindrical it should be 2.0. Since you are at the boarder situation i request you to first go for medical checkup and be clear that the eyesight of yours is acceptable.
