NDA 1 is not cancelled it is scheduled to be conducted along with NDA 2 on September 6, 2020.  You don't need to pay the fees again. UPSC is expected to release the admit card of NDA exam 2020 in August 2020. Please click the below link to know

Once you fill the application form for National Defense Academy examination and submit, you won't be allowed to change the particulars. For this there is a window provided to review your form before submitting.

There will be no issue if you gave different preferences from NDA 1 form,
