Maximum allowed is -3.5 D(Myopia). So i think you can't make it.

As you know NDA is a tri-service Academy so you can apply for Army,Airforce and Navy and the maximum eye power accepted if you go through NDA entry are as follows:

The eligibility criteria for NDA is that

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board.
• Must have born in between 2nd January, 2002 and 1st January 2005.
• Must have age in between 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

So if

• Short sight should not be more than 2.5D
• Long sight should not be more the  3.5D
• must be Able to detect colours
• Your internal eye problems will be tested
