Yes,you are eligible to write NDA(National Defence Academy) Exam,But you will
be only considered for the Army wing only,you will be not considered for the
Indian Airforce and Naval because for these you should have passed 10+2
with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject.

to 19.5 years old.

First of all you will only eligible for army wing in NDA. You can start your preparation by purchasing any NDA SSB CRACKING BOOK. These book will help you alot. The question from science section comes from 10th class. First of all download NDA syllabus. Best of luck.

Yes, you can definately apply for the NDA (National Defence Academy) conducted by
UPSC without Mathematics in class 12.but you will be only eligible for the Army wing
not for the Airforce and Navy Wing.
For Airforce and Navy it is compulsory to have Mathematics and Physics at 10+2

No, it is not compulsory to appear in both the exams of NDA. You can apply in any one of the sessions (April or September) as per your choice and qualification. However, NDA I was conducted on April 21. So, now you can apply for NDA II

It is difficult to predict that you will qualify or not because cut off varies every year depending upon the other students and over all marks of other students .
Also you have to qualify in each section also with a minimum marks percentage criteria.

Scoring in NDA exam is not that tough. The questions are basic concept based. Paper 1 is totally mathematics and Paper 2 contains Vocabulary and General Awareness.
