To sit for the NDA Exam, a candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

There is no upper limit on the number of times that you can give the exam, however, it is very important that at the time of your course commencement (if you are selected), you have a passing certificate of 10+2.

Don't worry about number of attempts you can apply as much times as you can ,but not after 19 year old. Your dob is fine you are above 16 year old ,and right now you are eligible for NDA.
