Male unmarried candidate with age band of 16.5 to 19.5years are eligible for 2019 NDA exam. 

Candidates in 12th or who hav epassed 1wth ar eligible

The eligibility criteria of NDA is prescribed by UPSC and it includes parameters based on age limit, educational qualification, and physical standard. To apply for NDA, the candidate must be between 16.5 and maximum 19.5 years of age. So you are not eligible to apply for NDA.
