You're eligible to appear for NDA exam if you're age is between 16 years - 19 years. NDA takes candidates after 12th. So you can go for NDA after completion of your 12th board.

The criteria of NDA exam is 16 years to 19 years. To be eligible for NDA one should need pass certificate in 10+2 exam from a recognised board or equivalent from state education board. Physical fitness is also one the eligibility in NDA exam like one should not have any medical conditions like ear problems, nose issues, piles, underweight, overweight, under sized chest, low height etc. And no permanent tatoos are allowed expect incase the candidate belonging to a particular tribe where tatoo marks are customary.

No , you can not fill NDA EXAM FORM after the last date . NDA FORM has two levels of registration. So you need to complete both the levels before the last date.
There is also no format of late fee payment.
Now the only other option is to wait till the next NDA is conducted in April. That time fill the application form as soon as possible.

According to you DOB , yes you would be eligible for giving NDA exam in 2024 while you will be in your class 12th . You would be atleast getting four to five attempts for NDA depending upon the age criteria put by upsc.
The basic age criteria for NDA is between16.5 to 19.5 years.
You may start giving your NDA exam from your class 12th onwards.

See the minimum age requirement for giving NDA EXAM is16.5 and the maximum age is 19.5 years.
I would have specifically given you answer if you would have mentioned your DOB.
Nevertheless , you have 5 attempts untill you reach the maximum age. You have a lot a time. NDA is conducted twice a year so owing to which you have 5 attempts to give it a go.
So buckle up and study hard.

NDA/NA Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice a year in the month of april and december to select young boys and girls in indian armed forces as officers.
Minimum eligibility for and is 12th pass so currently you are not eligible for it however you can start preparing for GAT part of NDA/NA examination.
