Yes you can join NDA but only for Indian Army because for Indian Air Force and Naval it requires Mathematics and Physics in 10+2.

No, you cannot appear in nda examination if you have failed in your class 12th board examination.

This is because,

In order to be eligible for NDA you must pass your class 12th.

Yes , you are eligible for joining NDA  but only for army and not for navy and Airforce

This is because,

For army, you need 10+2 qualification in any stream but for navy and air force it is mandatory to have maths and physics in 10+2.

For Age eligibility proof they might ask for your 10th/ 12th Marksheet or any Government Proof where your complete date of birth is mentioned.

No, you are not eligible for NDA  2025

This is because,

To be eligible for nda -1,2025 examination , you should have born between 2nd July 2006 to 1st July , 2009 but you fail to fulfill this criteria with your mentioned date of birth
