Other state students are eligible to give wbjee as it doesn't require domicile of west Bengal but for admission in a govt college through wbjee you will need a domicile. So other state students are not eligible to get admission in government colleges through WBJEE.
But if you want to get in to puruvila govt college, you will be needing a domicile certificate then you can get in to the college.
you can get admission in Jadavpur University too if you don't want all the hustle, as it doesn't require a domicile for general category however for other categories it does.
