For pursuing Ayurveda candidates need to do Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). It is a 5.5 years undergraduate course for candidates interested in Ayurveda. They must qualify NEET. India has 50 government colleges for Ayurveda.
Once the results are declared, candidates have to go for counselling process.

NEET cutoff percentile for the general category is 50th and for SC/ST/OBC it is 40th. The NEET qualifying cutoff scores 2022 will be released along with the result by NTA at neet.nta.nic.in. Previously, NEET cutoff passing marks for the general category was 720-138, while for SC/ST/OBC it was 137-108.
