It's very difficult to definitively say whether the NEET 2025 paper will be "easy" or "hard."
Basically, how hard the NEET exam feels depends on a few things. If you've studied really well, it'll seem easier. But, if they change how the test is set up or what kind of questions they ask, it could throw you off. Also, if tons of really smart people take the test, even an "easy" test becomes tough because you're competing against a lot of high-achievers. So, it's not just about the test itself, but also about how ready you are and who else is taking it.
Looking at past exams, experts think the 2025 NEET will probably be somewhere between medium and hard. The people who make the test, the NTA, try to keep a certain level of difficulty every year, so it's never a complete walk in the park.
What really matters, more than anything, is how well you understand the concepts. If you truly grasp the ideas behind the questions, you'll find the test much easier. A lot of students find the physics section the hardest, so that's something to pay extra attention to. Basically, be ready for a competitive, moderately tough exam, and make sure your understanding of the material is solid.

You can take your Aadhaar card for the NEET exam . As long as your own details (like your name, photo, date of birth, etc.) on the Aadhaar card match the details in your NEET application form, there should not be any problem.
The slight difference in your father's name usually doesn't create any issue during NEET exam verification . Also, since you've already applied for the corrected memo, it's a plus point.
So don’t worry, just make sure to carry the Aadhaar card and also keep the proof or receipt of your new memo application, just in case they ask.
All the best for your exam!
