Hello I am class 12 th student, my college has applied for appar id but they are saying that it will take time so should I click no and processed my neet form or should I click yes for the question do you have appar id?

kumardurgesh1802 23rd Feb, 2025

Hello Surabhi,

If you haven't received your APPAR ID yet, it's better to click "No" in the NEET application form and proceed. Since your college has already applied for it, you can update it later if NTA provides a correction window. If you select "Yes" without having the ID, it may cause issues during verification. Always check official guidelines for any updates.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

I have been alloted a seat in Neet pg aiq stray round, and i dont want to take it. can i still participate in my states 3rd round counselling which is yet to happen? or will i be excluded and de barred?

Prachi Kumari 23rd Feb, 2025

Hello,

If you've been allotted a seat in the NEET PG All India Quota (AIQ) stray vacancy round and choose not to accept it, consider the following:

  • Forfeiture of Security Deposit : Not joining the allotted seat will result in the loss of your security deposit.

  • Debarment from Future Exams : You will be barred from taking the NEET exam in the subsequent year.

  • Ineligibility for State Counselling : Data of candidates who have joined seats in Round 3 will be shared with state counselling authorities, and such candidates will be prohibited from participating in subsequent state counselling rounds.

Therefore, if you do not accept the seat allotted in the AIQ stray vacancy round, you will be ineligible to participate in your state's third round of counselling .

How many marks will I need in NEET to get admission in Bombay Veterinary as a general category female student?

Prachi Kumari 22nd Feb, 2025

Hello Aditi,

To secure admission to the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) program at Bombay Veterinary College (BVC) in Mumbai as a general category female student, you need to achieve a NEET score that aligns with the college's cutoff for the desired academic year.

Based on the available data, the NEET cutoff ranks for BVC in recent years are as follows:

  • 2023 : The closing rank for the general category was 111,076.

  • 2024 : The closing ranks for the general category were :

    • Round 1: 49,391 (https://collegedunia.com/college/6525-bombay-veterinary-college-bvc-mumbai/neet-2024-cutoff)
    • Round 2: 54,599
    • Round 3: 78,226
  • These figures indicate that the closing ranks for general category candidates have varied between approximately 49,000 and 111,000 in recent years.

While specific NEET scores corresponding to these ranks are not provided, achieving a rank within this range would enhance your chances of admission.

Therefore, aiming for a NEET score that places you within the top 50,000 to 100,000 candidates would be a prudent target to increase your likelihood of securing a seat at BVC.

Hope you find it useful !
