Generally, with the score of 140 in a highly competitive exam like NEET it is difficult to get a BAMS college even with EWS category. You may get admission in a private institution but in a government college it is difficult.

Your NEET score of 258 is low for BAMS ayurvedic course, some private institutions may offer you admission with management quota.
