Hello Dear Student, Dropping Mathematics will not create any problems for your medical career, as long as you retain Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Mainstream medical entrance exams like NEET and all undergraduate medical courses (MBBS, BDS, BAMS) require Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology not Mathematics. Hope it helps!
