There is no criteria apart form 50 percent marks in your boards.No for comedk neet marks wont be considered amd you have to score well in comedk.even if you are from different state you can give comedk but the fee would be higher than NEET seats.

That's not a very good score , to be honest even if you are in SC category. It'll be hard to find some descent college's but you still have chances. You can visit below link for college predictor and get to know about the best options of colleges
