Based on your rank, The chances are less to get All India Quota seats or Central Universities, You can try for deemed Universities or private colleges, Private colleges counselling will be conducted by the state counselling Authority.
If you want to know your chances in Deemed Universities & specialization then
The counselling for AIQ seats, deemed and central universities will begin from the second week of March 2019. There is no any notification for state quota counselling, If you specify the particular state, You wish to know then I can clearify your doubt.
