You should wait for opening of Correction window, then only you can correct your form.

if i havent written my name and date of capture of photograph below the photograph and submitted my form in the correction window period without making the correction will it be cancelled

Dear Fabiha, not mentioning name and date on the photograph will not lead to rejection of your application. Provided rest all details have been furnished correct and the uploaded photograph, thumb impression and signature follow the given guidelines, there should not be any reason to reject your application. i made a mistake( didnt add name and date) in the photograph of the neet mds 2020 application form in the correction window today. i noticed the mistake afer submitting the form. will my application be rejected? i tried sending an email to nbe. please help me and suggest what i should do.

Hello,  Don't take tension,  for Scanned  documents correction, nbe will contact you.  As you have uploaded wrong documents you can't make any changes from your side. Authorities will contact you through SMS.  When you got SMS then correction window will open for you and you are able to make changes.

i have uploaded thumbprint in place of signature in NEET MDS application form i had edit option but the form got submitted in same way how it was before .....Will my application form be accepted ...wat can i do now...plz do reply

You will get the admit card. But in the Signature column, you will have thumb print uploaded. Now whether this can be changed again or not is really unknown. Usually NBE notifies Candidates in case of any discrepancy of the uploaded photo and signature. Please wait to hear from them.

Dear Sanya, you can login to the official website with your login credentials and make changes to your application directly. And then you can upload new signature and thumb impression according to the guidelines. There is no special link for the same. Or, you can reach out to them at:
