If you have studied for atleast 7 years right from 1st class to 12th class in a particular state then you are a local of that state.You need to provide proper document for that which is a residence certificate.Without it you are considered as non-local and you cannot

During the 2019 NEET MDS counselling for UP state, we were made to sign an affidavit stating if we leave the course at any point of time, we will have to pay the full 3 years academic fees. Is this practice legal??

Dear aspirant, without uploading of documents the form is not accepted, as the form is accepted only when all the required information is provided and without documents it is never accepted. So you should upload your documents if possible.

Dear Candidate,
Yes you can apply for neet pg exam .but for that you have to obtain MCI certificate so that you are eligible to apply neet pg .
Whoever doing MBBS/BDS outside India AFtr completing you have to obtain certificate from MCI then only it's possible to give exam.
