As you got less rank than that, you can easily get into the first round

NEET MDS revised cutoff will be declared by Central Government in consultation with Dental Council of India if the seats remain vacant in the Medical Dental Colleges after the current counselling process. Last year it was lowered by 29.735th percentile in each category.
