Application for NEET-PG 2021 can only be submitted online through NBE website https://nbe.edu.in There is no other methodology for application submission.

You have to put correct name in NEET PG 2021 Application form including surname as per your original bachelor's degree or other certificates because you will not be able to change your name once the form is submitted.You have to put the name same as your other education
