No, there is no other benefit other than low qualifying marks  for a OBC category student. The OBCs are entitled to 27% reservations in public sector employment and higher education. Yes, there is a separate merit list for OBC category student.

First of all  NEXT is a proposed examination and it has not been  implemented yet.

No, admission PG diploma courses after MBBS is not based on your marks obtained by you in MBBS , rather Admission is through NEET PG.
