If you belong to Maharashtra, Kunbi Community is listed under Central OBC list: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/Writereaddata/note22635288553378053592.pdf . Now SEBC is given based on the annual income of the family of the Candidate. And it is not a National level reservation and so you will not find it under Central OBC list. But

If you belong to SEBC, you belont to the borader OBC Category. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Community you belong to should be listed under Central OBC list.
