Prashant, you haven't mentioned whether you have joined the seat allotted in Round 1 or 2 or Mop up round. Because if you have Free Exit and Upgrade options available for Round 1 and there is no penalty for the same. You can resign the seat within a stipulated time

Sorry to say you but once  you cancel your seat which is allotted in state round 2., If you also doesn't get your desired seat in state round 1, you cannot revert back and cannot access the seat which was allotted in round 2. Hope this will help

You can opt for Upgradation option. If yoi opt for Upgradation of your seat, you will not lose the seat allotted in the first round even if you participate in the 2nd round. And if your seat is upgraded, then the seat alloted in the first round will be cancelled
