Well I would like to tell you that if you want then you can take free exit and then after deduction of mandatory fee all the remaining amount be transferred back to the original payment method of the person and that is how you will get your money back.
Well as Telangana is a separate state and it conducts it's own counseling, that is why Telangana students won't be eligible to take part in counseling for state quota seats of Andhra Pradesh. Although for private seats counseling can be attended by all the students.
