The cutoff for NEET 2019 is as -
1. General Category
    50-44 percentile that means you marks should be
    between 313 to 340 marks
2. SC/ST/OBC
     34-40 percentile that means you marks should be
    between 270 to 295 marks
3. PWD
    39-45 percentile that means you marks should

if you have registered in any of the previous rounds , then you dont need to register aggain for mop up. but otherwise you have to. secondly, you need to fill in fresh choices though for the mop up. the ones you have submitted before wont be considered

just take part in the counselling process of the state and apply to the private colleges. you have to take part in the counselling process to get a college.. apply to the colleges you want to by filling in your preferences.then according to you rank and category ,also

Yes you can get a seat in Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Health and Medical Science because as per the previous year the cutoff for general was 417 marks and for OBC category the cutoff 351 marks and for St category the cutoff of 96 marks only.
