Yes, there does exist category segregation according to creamy and non-creamy layer. This option exist in both NEET UG and NEET PG applications. Though, when it comes to the state counselling, it happens in regular Tamil Nadu pattern reservations.

For admission into private college's you will need to apply to the state authority of the respective state you want to take admission in,the concerned State Authority will conduct counselling for all seats available in private institutes in that state.For applying you need to fill common registration for that

According to NEET, 15% seats of the state are reserved for the ALL India Quota. I guess you might be confused with the 15 and 50. But, yes it is 15 % seats that is alloted for All India Quota.

Well dear,there is no connection of domiciles with management quota seats.

Getting admission through managemnet quota is a direct admission procedure and all you need for it is a good amount of money.
