I would suggest you take admission in autonomous colleges rather than deemed universities. 

You could browse some differences, why you can opt for autonomous.

1) Candidate must have secured the minimum cutoff of NEET 2019.

2) Candidate must have completed their MBBS from Telengana itself or students who have studied in Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada and Christian Medical College, Dichpally are also eligible.
