I can tell you adjectly but i can suggest you something that can be helpful to you. you can check the college prediction page of careers360. it is a paid but giving you enough information that you want to know. if want to check i am providing you link
i think you can not attend as you have applied for all india quota govt. and paid for this only. in case you want to attend management quota round than talk to the commity but according to terms you can only attend for those counselling for which you paid.
