According to oyur rank, you have chances of admission in PG Diploma in Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy in JSS Medical Colleges. Chances would be tough for admission to Government Colleges through All India Quota in MD Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy.

You don't have to worry for the same. You can login to your portal with the registration ID and passsword and then make the changes whatever you want. Also by roll number if you mean the seat number you wil actually obtain it in the admit card also.
