After successful payment of fee of NEET PG application form, you will have to take the print out of the confirmation page which will appear on the screen.
The confirmation will also be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidates.

Hi there.

You should write the name as mentioned in your Class X or Class XII Board's admit card. Those would be taken as the ID Proof. By ID proof, if you mean Aadhar Card, then that won't matter because Aadhar Card is not compulsory.

The Correction window for NEET PG  will be available from December 7 to 14, 2018. 
After the close of registration, candidates will be communicated about their incorrect details within 15 days after the close of registration. Thereafter, aspirants will be given one week to correct the information in NEET PG

The age criteria for NEET PG exam is;

Candidates minimum age should be 17 years and maximum age should not be more than 25 years for general category. 

For sc/st/obc category minimum age same as for general category and the maximum age should not be more than 30

But you can't change your sign during correction time ...

Yes, you apply for the NEET exam. The minimum marks required is 50% in physics, chemistry and biology and minimum age should be 17 years and maximum age should not be more than 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category.

Well, there is no restrictions on candidates fir writing the NEET exam ( within prescribed age limits ).

The age limits for the candidates;
