Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Tamil nadu and their respective cut offs in 201u for the BC category. Considering your rank and previous years cut off you seem to have a fair chance.

Now it's different. Now all the admissions for colleges are through neet pg.. Internal Pg system has been removed long ago..
