Ncert is must to Score Good in Neet. As most of times many numerical and theoretical questions of physics and chemistry are from the concepts of Ncert.
For Biology, it's most important read it line by line to score 300+.

The ranks are decided based on the marks scored by all the participants.
It's better to wait for the official results before deciding the outcome
