    As the Cutoff of NEET-PG 2018 of general category 321. So you can get a general seat in India. In general category you will not get  better colleges than obc category.

    Yes you can get a pg seat in private medical college of karnataka.
    The main criteria for getting a seat of pg in a particular state is that you have to do mbbs from that respective state.
