Kindly confirm you have qualified means what like you are saying this on the basis of cut off or you have been allotted seat in this college.

If the seat has been allotted then you will have to download the allotment letter as the further procedure would be mentioned there

Admissions would be based on NEET score only but you will have to register yourself by filling up a separate registration form but the counseling would be conducting by state only for private and Govt colleges both for state seats. And as of now, ASSOCET has not released application forms
