Well for the eligibility of these given exams you mentioned above, it all depends from which stream you had done your intermediate. I can simply tell you the eligibility criteria for the same. You distinguish it by yourself as you didn't mentioned your stream and percentage acquired.

IAT:-

2. Subjects must be Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subject from recognised board of secondary education.

3. You will be admitted to IAT only through KVPY, JEE Advanced or State and Central Board Channel (SCB)

NEST:-

1. Pass 12th with combination of at least three subjects among PCBM.

2. In 12th minimum 60% for GEN/OBC and 55% for SC/ST/PwD.

JEE MAIN:- Pass 12th with PCM and 75% marks criteria for GEN candidate.

ISI KOLKATA :- Again you have to acquire a minimum % of 60 with PCM.

IACS:- It's also have same criteria of PCM with a minimum 60%, for reserved candidate 55%.

In short for the availability for giving these exams you have to quality your PCM with an aggregate percentage of 75%. Hope this will help you.
