No NIBM pune pune doesn't accept mat score. They use scores of Cat(2019), XAt(2020), Cmat(2020) for shortlisting candidates for writing ability test and personal interview.
But, you can try in MITWPU pune or ISB&M nande as they are also comer under top colleges in pune.

According to some past year data, the cut off through CAT ranges between 85-90 percentile general category
But the safer score could be more than 90 percentile. As cut off may differ every year depending upon how many candidates

since you are interested for anesthesia technology you may apply for bsc in anesthesia technology. admission process is different , some of the colleges provides admission based on 12th exam, and some have separate entrance test.
