Dear aspirant hope you are doing well . As per my knowledge caste certificate of an candidate is must from SDO. and one of authority respectively

For all india counselling , you need caste  certificate be issued by any of the competent authorities provided below:

---) District Magistrate or Additional Magistrate or Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate or sub-Divisional Magistrate or Taluka Magistrate or Executive Magistrate

----)Extra Assistant Commissioner (not below the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate.)

----) Chief Presidency Magistrate or Additional Chief presidency Magistrate or Presidency magistrate.

----)Revenue Officer ( not below the rank of Tehsildar )

----) Sub-Divisional Officer of your area

The certificate issued by above authorities is nothing but central certificate. In other words, you need obc ncl central certificate.

The courses available to join at various campuses of NID include Bachelor of Design (BDes), Graduate Diploma Program in design (GDPD), Masters of Design (MDes), Doctorate of Philosophy(PhD) in Design, Foundation Courses are UG courses and International Programs through Research and International workshops.
