For applying for NIFT admissions in UG courses you should be of 23 years or below as on October 1, 2019. Whereas if you are applying for PG Courses then there is no such age criteria or limitations.

If you belong to OBC-CL then you will come under general category and if you belong to OBC-NCL then you can claim reservation. You have not clearly mentioned if you belong to OBC-CL or OBC-NCL. Assuming that you belong to OBC-NCL you may get seat in the following NIFT campuses based on previous year cut off

Admission in NIFT is based on merit in NIFT entrnace exam and a candidate is allotted a seat based on his/her category rank. The cut off rank depends on number of applicants applied for a particular course, category of the candidate, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc. The cut off varies for each category, branch and campus.

see 10% seats are reserve for General category ews candidates who satisfy the condition given in the OM No. 20013/01/2018-BC-II dated 17 January 2019 issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Government of India. The benefit of reservation for Gen- EWS can be availed to produce of an Income & Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority , if your certificate is issued by the below list of competent authority then it is valid for nift reservations,
(i) District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/ Collector/ Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner/ 1stClass Stipendiary Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate/ Extra Assistant Commissioner.
(ii) Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate.
(iii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
