Well, here is the list of some of the NITs cut off for CSE as per last year 2021 JEE MAIN cut off after 6th round of JoSAA counselling :[OS quota]
Check previous year NITs cut off for CSE from here :

Dear aspirant,
According to the alumni reviews,
NIT Agartala offers pretty good infrastructure and other facilities for the course yo continue.
About, 70 percent of the students who enroll into the course get placed and the top recruiters are Wipro, Accenture, Suzuki, Tredence. The recruitment is usaully by IT companies and hence, there is not much scope for core jobs.
The faculty members are not that great but you have a really good chance of getting good internship opportunities.
In short, if you are interested in CS and are only choosing this branch for getting into the college, then, you have a really good opportunity if you are willing to go the extra mile.
Hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to predict your exact figure of rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your ST rank is expected to be in the range of 7000-9000 .
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that you have almost no chances to get NIT Agartala with any of the branches under Other state quota . Because last year the closing ST rank was around 4000 under other state quota .
If you are seeking admission in NITs then being a ST candidate, you should score at least 75+ percentile then you might have some chances in some of the NITs.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main score or rank you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

Hi there!
Well it is difficult to predict anything about admission on the basis of score only, as admission to any institutes depends on various factors like:
1- Difficult level of entrance examination
2- No. of students appeared in exam
3- No. of students seeking to admission
4- Closing rank which is decided by authority
5- Category of an Individual
Hence, due to lack of these data, it is impossible to tell you about admission in those institutes.
However we can get a rough idea of admission eligibility by analyzing previous years trend.
First and foremost, with 86.6 percentile in JEE Mains your general rank would be anywhere in between 137082 - 154100 as per our JEE Mains rank predictor, and your EWS category would be somewhere in between 17000 to 18000.
As per last years trend, the maximum closing rank in various NITs for EWS category is around 8000 to 9000.
You can also check previous years closing rank of various NITs, click here https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches
Considering this data, you have low chances for getting in to the NITs you mentioned, however it may or may not be true as these data keeps changing year to year.

Hey there!
Well it is not possible to tell anything about admission to any institute on the basis of score, as admission is totally based on rank of students and closing rank set by colleges.
The authorities considered some unavoidable factors for determining rank, they are on follows:
1- Difficulty level of Exam
2- No. of students applied for course
3- Category of an individual
4- Relative marking and many more.
However we can get a close idea of the actual closing ranking and all by analyzing previous years trends of marks vs rank and cut offs set by colleges.
Hence with the marks you mentioned your general rank would be anywhere in between 327360 to 368000. as per our rank predictor tool
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
and category rank would be anywhere in between 6000 to 10000 .
